The intersection of life coaching and AI is rapidly growing, driven by increased demand for personalized, tech-driven solutions. Mojo Crowe's app aims to address diverse challenges by proposing the integration of an AI-driven Mojo assistant. However, the absence of personalized guidance impedes effective problem-solving, necessitating the development of a tool that offers tailored support.

Outcome

Interviews were conducted with both current app users and non-app users. The interview scripts were meticulously reviewed with stakeholders for alignment prior to commencement. Subsequently, interviews were transcribed before analysis. Insights highlighted users' priorities, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.

Synthesis of User Insights, Challenges, and Ideation

User insights emphasized enhanced connectivity, trust in data privacy, and app usability. Challenges identified encompassed UI/UX enhancements, content discovery, and AI integration, among others. Ideation focused on diverse feature conceptualization for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) aligned with user preferences.
